How does pricing work?
Pricing varies from the amount of devices, services, and user needs. Price per device increases depending on the tiered plan you choose. Going up a tier will give you access to more advanced features.
Are there any hidden fees?
Absolutely not. We are completely transparent with our pricing so you know exactly what you are paying, fully broken down. We only charge a one time $500 onboarding fee
Taxes & other applicable government fees are subject to final pricing total
What is the best tier plan for me?
It all depends on what your IT needs are, and to an extent your business/organization size. To get a good idea follow our example below.
Ex: Clinics, local shops, and smaller-sized businesses tend to have fewer IT needs. It is recommend you choose our essential or plus plan for the best value
Ex: Law firms, medical facilities, & churches are usually larger size businesses with more IT needs. It is recommended you choose between our plus or executive plans.

IT or Information Technology is a specialized service that is curated to helping the technological needs & demands of an end-user or organization.
Ex: IT is remote support, on-site assistance, etc...

Currently, we offer additional specialized add-on services if you are looking for a more curated IT environment. These services can be additional cloud storage, higher security options, alternate cloud solutions, etc...
Billing invoices will be sent out at the end of each month on a monthly basis. You may also choose to use a yearly interval instead of monthly one.
