Netcom Support offers 3 of the most important maintenance plans for modern websites. Each plan listed below represents one of the 3 preferred solutions requested by our clients for their ongoing website maintenance.

Summary of Our Maintenance Plans

The Netcom Support Maintenance Plans include the following:

• Mainenance Plan 1 - This is our as-needed maintenance plan. Charged hourly.
• Mainenance Plan 2 - This plan offers maintenance services maintained by Netcom Support. Fixed monthly price.
• Mainenance Plan 3 - This plan is maintained in part by both the Client and by Netcom Support - Fixed monthly price.

Maintenance As-Needed*

This is the perfect solution for those companies that don't require a lot of updates to their websites on a regular basis. This allows the client to request changes or additional services when they need them.

Any work required will follow Netcom's Strategic Design Process from the start to the completion
of the project.

This plan includes:

• Text changes
• Image/photograph updates or replacements
• Add additional pages using the website's content template page
• Manage and update the website's navigation to match additional web pages created
• Most updates are done within 48hrs of receiving a support request email

*Minimum charge of 1 hour. Charged in 30 min. increments.

Maintained by Netcom Support*

This is the solution your company needs if you would like Netcom Support to maintain all aspects of the maintenance of your website.

Any work required will follow Netcom's Strategic Design Process from the start to the completion
of the project.

Netcom Support offers the following monthly services with this plan:

• Website Maintenance Services
  • Up to 4 hours of maintenance per month
  • Text changes
  • Image/photograph updates or replacements
  • Add additional pages using the website's content template page
  • Manage and update the website's navigation to match additional web pages created
  • Additional hours - $75/hr**
  • Most updates are done within 24hrs of receiving a support request email

  • Position Checking and Tracking
  • Link Checking
  • Browser Compatibility Check

This is the preferred plan for Clients who have purchased a Gold Website Design Package that included the Netcom CMS or purchased a Silver or Custom Website Design Package with the Netcom CMS as a Website Add-on.

  • 1 hour of initial CMS training
  • Friendly Toll Free Customer Service Support**

    Up to 3 hours per month are allocated to assist the Client for training on any Netcom CMS service.
