The Netcom Support Maintenance Plans include the following:

Maintenance As-Needed*
This is the perfect solution for those companies that don't require a lot of updates to their websites on a regular basis. This allows the client to request changes or additional services when they need them.
Any work required will follow Netcom's Strategic Design Process from the start to the completion
of the project.
This plan includes:
*Minimum charge of 1 hour. Charged in 30 min. increments.

Maintained by Netcom Support*
This is the solution your company needs if you would like Netcom Support to maintain all aspects of the maintenance of your website.
Any work required will follow Netcom's Strategic Design Process from the start to the completion
of the project.
Netcom Support offers the following monthly services with this plan:
*Any additional work needed will be evaluated and charged accordingly.
This work may require a separate design contract.
**Additional hours have a minimum charge of 1 hour. Charged in 30 min. increments.

assist them in maintaining their website's content whenever and wherever they want.
Since our Netcom CMS can be accessed online, our clients can be at work, on the road, or even at home and find security in knowing that they can make the changes they need within their own time frame.

This is the preferred plan for Clients who have purchased a Gold Website Design Package that included the Netcom CMS or purchased a Silver or Custom Website Design Package with the Netcom CMS as a Website Add-on.
Here the Client can make the following updates to their website:
Netcom Support offers the following Maintenance Services with this plan:
Up to 3 hours per month are allocated to assist the Client for training on any Netcom CMS service.
*Any additional work needed by Netcom Support will be evaluated and charged accordingly. This work may require a
separate design contract.
**Maximum time of 30 min. per call. Up to 36 hours of Netcom CMS training offered per year. Unused hours do not
roll over to the next month.
***Additional hours have a minimum charge of 1 hour. Charged in 30 min. increments.
